We are, quite simply, in love with Salento. Our mission? To help others enjoy its landscapes, culture, art, history and gastronomy, and experience its unique all-year-round charm. Our Rooftop Lodge offers the perfect temporary ‘home’ from which to explore a fascinating land and its sparkling shores; nestled in a tranquil location away from the crowds, it offers an inspiring combination of relaxation and refinement.

ALLISTE ROOFTOP LODGE

Alliste Rooftop Lodge is located in Marina di Alliste, in the province of Lecce. It lies in the very heart of Salento, on the Puglia coast, between Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca.

Just a stone’s throw from the sea, the house lies near extensive olive groves. It was built in the 1950s as per local tradition: one floor, surmounted by a large panoramic terrace. The apartment has plenty of outdoor space: the bedroom extends onto a small balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast or books. A large veranda with dining area connects to the kitchen.

Fully renovated to provide guests with comfortable, modern interiors, it nevertheless retains its history. Furnished with a mix of old and new, its style is eclectic and contemporary with a hint of vintage. Cool blue-white ceramic tiles reflect the traditions of Vietri majolica, oozing summery calm. A touch of art and culture adorns the walls (enjoy the limited edition prints) and the shelves offer a selection of books on design, architecture, photography and art.
